Front Office Manager
Jeanette has been with River City Dental for two years. She has a total of 26 years of experience in the field of dentistry, 24 of which have been spent taking care of patients at the front desk. Jeanette is particularly skilled at navigating through the 'ins and outs' of dental insurance, and enjoys the relationships she forms with our patients. She is originally from St. Louis, MO, and has resided in Jacksonville for 16 years. She has 3 grown children, and a golden retriever named Chief. Jeanette is an avid football and hockey fan, and volunteers many hours each week in ministries at her church.
Front Desk/Patient Coordinator
Ashley is a native Floridian growing up in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Two years ago, she purchased her first home on the Northside of Jacksonville, and is now excited to put down roots after spending time in other states. Ashley has a total of 11 years of experience in dentistry and obtained her dental assisting certificate from FCCJ in 2008. Ashley is likely the first smiling face you will see as you enter our office, and she enjoys the daily interactions with our patients and growing lasting relationships with them. Ashley has a passion for Home Decor, DIY projects, and crafts, and loves spending time with her 4 fur babies: Ammo, Gixxer, Axle, and Dixie.
Lead Dental Assistant
Christine has been Dr. Lovett's assistant at River City Dental for over 5 years. She has over 20 years of experience as a dental assistant and graduated from Eastern College of Health Vocations in New Orleans in 1995, and obtained her expanded duties certificate from the LSU Dental School in 2001. The daughter of a Navy Commander, Christine moved many times throughout her life. She settled in Jacksonville in 2006 and she, along with husband Chris, and 2 boys have enjoyed being part of the Northside community for the past 9 years. Christine enjoys interacting with patients, and making patients feel comfortable and welcome. Her interests include attending sports games with her boys, trying new restaurants, cooking, and completing DIY projects with her husband.
Originally from upstate New York, Colleen moved with her family to Jackson MS, where she resided for 10 years. During those years in MS, Colleen obtained her certificate in Dental Assisting at Hinds Community College in 2008, and developed an extraordinary skill as chairside dental assistant. Colleen enjoys all phases of dentistry and the variety of people it allows her to interact with. She came to Jacksonville earlier this year after visiting the state several times. Colleen is the proud Mom of two Shih Tzus: Gus and Molly, and enjoys spending time at the beach with them.
Kelly Reid, CRDH
Kelly has resided in Jacksonville for over 20 years, and has raised 4 children here. Originally from Rhode Island, Kelly obtained her Hygiene degree in 1995 from Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, FL after she moved to Florida as a young adult. Her years of experience as a gentle, kind, caring and knowledgeable hygienist have made Kelly one of River City Dental's most beloved hygienists. She loves educating and fostering relationships with her patients, and enjoys being an intricate part of the River City Dental Team. Kelly is an excellent cook, and enjoys time at the beach with her kids.
Michelle Charley-Sale, CRDH
Originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica, Michelle enjoys putting her patients at ease with her easy-going personality. Michelle first came to Jacksonville in 1990 with her husband who was stationed at NAS Jax. Michelle received her Hygiene degree from Florida Community College at Jacksonville in 2002. She enjoys the time she spends with each patient, and takes her time to diligently care for and educate each patient. At home, Michelle loves spending time with her 3 grandchildren: Bethanie, Brayden, and Channing, and dog Dapper. Michelle also enjoys traveling around the world, and occasionally takes trips to Jamaica, her homeland.
Kayla is the newest member of our team. She was born and raised in Jacksonville, and currently lives in Callahan, FL. She obtained her Dental Assisting Certificate from Everest University in Jacksonville in 2015. Kayla, who is sweet, kind, and caring, is excited to work in a field that is constantly advancing, and loves meeting people from a variety of backgrounds. She is the mom of a young daughter, Emma, and enjoys spending her time with her family and in outdoor activities such as fishing, camping and going to the beach.
